Super-friendly staff, had really really nice stay!!!
The room was neat & new-fashioned with large attractive bathroom, had free Wi-Fi. We were in a great location close enough to the beer garden, the airport at Avalon and Melbourne or Geelong. It also was next to the communal eating area...

Very nice stay, as always. A lot of fantastic food for meals. Original-style building, beautifully decorated rooms with coffee machine and beautiful bathroom, for instance. Very attentive, amicable staff towards all guests. True 4-star experience, friendly service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Location short walk to Avalon airport at stupid o'clock in the morning, local pub, and train line.

Stayed at this charming B&B for two nights. The renovated old building was stunning, with a beautiful bathroom and a verandah that took me back in time. The antiques and white picket fence made it feel like home. Loved the honesty box in the kitchen. The large bedroom with a comfy bed and well-heated room were perfect for the chilly weather. The friendly hostess provided a great breakfast.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decor was delightful, both inside and out. The room was immaculate and the bed was plush and comfy. The bathroom was updated and sparkling clean. The location offered a nice change of pace and great stargazing opportunities. The hotel is conveniently located next to a friendly local pub, with good prices and generous servings of food and drinks. There is also a beautiful park across the road.
There were no real tables and chairs to eat breakfast, although this didn't bother us as we ate at the bar. The absence of air conditioning may be a problem in hot weather.

The location of the bed and breakfast is fantastic - right next to the local pub where the food was pretty darn good. It's also so close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The hostess provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
The noise from the pub next door could be heard until quite late at night, which may disturb light sleepers.

The room was tastefully decorated in a colonial style, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The terrace in front of the room was a nice addition, providing a place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The cooking facilities available were convenient and allowed for some flexibility in meal options.
One of the worst aspects of the stay was the proximity of the room to the area where breakfast was prepared. The noise in the morning woke us up earlier than desired, and it would have been helpful to know about this setup in advance in order to plan our trip better.
